don't bother dual summoning before level 7 dual summon control with level 5 summon creature +2 as a minimum. waste of time otherwise

I would like to know if I should max out my passive skills 1st? Not sure what to work on as far as passive skills and Jlving. I know I need both but which should I max out 1st or do I just work them both?
